Return & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a clear return & exchange policy.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@rovinity.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
